REPAIR SERVICE TERMS
Prices are based on standard repairs, charges will be applied for replacement of broken or missing parts. Repair of pumps includes 15K cryo- adsorbing array, all o-rings, seal #1 and #2, Kap-gland and inlet seal, upper and lower bushings, and all drive, valve and motor bearings.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
We warranty all parts and labor on cryo pumps for one year. Pump related failure due to improper use or process related wear voids warranty. All defective pumps must be returned to us within 7 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MAIL OR DROP OFF YOUR PUMP
Standard repair time is 7-10 days. You can drop it off in person at our Morgan Hill repair facility. Pickup is always free.

SERVICE & REPAIR OR EXCHANGE
We will get your pump back into like-new shape quickly. If you prefer to exchange, we will have your new pump ready for you when you drop off.
